Drain and sewer
Clogs, recurring backups, collapsed clay and cast iron laterals. We camera the line first so you are paying to fix the actual problem rather than the symptom.
Water heaters
Tank and tankless, sized to how the house actually uses hot water. Installed with isolation valves and an expansion tank so servicing it later is not a demolition job.
Repipes
Galvanized and failing copper replaced with PEX or copper, manifolded and labeled. Common in the older housing stock all through this area.
New construction
Under slab rough ins, waste and vent layout, supply distribution and stub outs, coordinated to the build schedule rather than holding it up.
Fixtures and remodels
Bathroom and kitchen work from rough in through trim out. Tubs, vanities, toilets, valves and the finish work you actually look at afterward.

Sized to the house, installed to be serviced
Most water heater complaints are really sizing complaints. A unit that cannot keep up with two showers and a dishwasher was the wrong unit before anyone turned it on.
Tankless
Endless hot water, roughly twenty years of service life, and it gives you the floor space back. Needs adequate gas supply and its own venting, which is where the cost sits.
Tank
Lower install cost and simple to service. Fine for steady, predictable demand. Expect ten to twelve years in this water.
Combi units
One appliance making both your heat and your hot water. Efficient use of space in a tight basement, and worth considering when the boiler is due anyway.

Tankless wins on endless hot water, floor space and lifespan, and costs more up front because it usually needs gas line and venting work. A tank is cheaper to install and perfectly good for a household with predictable demand. We size both and show you the two numbers rather than steering you.
Rust colored water at first draw, pressure that drops hard when a second fixture opens, visible green or white corrosion at joints, and pinhole leaks that keep appearing in different spots. Galvanized supply lines in particular corrode closed from the inside, so the pipe is failing long before it leaks.
Sometimes, when the failure is in a line under the slab. We open the smallest area that lets us do the repair properly, bag the debris as we go, and patch back. We show you exactly where and how big before we start cutting, never after.
