Why is the room over my garage always the wrong temperature?
In most Solon homes that room is the last stop on a long duct branch and it loses heat through the garage below. We measure airflow at the register first. Sealing and balancing the duct fixes many cases, and a small ductless head handles the rest without replacing the furnace.
I have two furnaces. Do both need to be replaced at once?
