Raber HVAC LLC is a family run heating, cooling, air quality and plumbing company in Independence, Ohio, opened in 2024 by owner Eyal Raber after 10 years in the trade. We work across 7 counties, we keep the radius tight on purpose, and we would rather lose a sale than sell a system somebody does not need yet.

How Raber HVAC started
Ask a homeowner about a bad HVAC experience and you rarely hear about refrigerant. You hear about the four hour window that turned into a whole day off work. The invoice that appeared after the job with numbers nobody mentioned beforehand. The technician who said the word compressor and then went quiet.
Raber started from those complaints. Eyal Raber spent 10 years working in other people’s shops before opening Raber HVAC in 2024, which is long enough to learn that the technical side of this trade is well understood and has been for decades. What is actually scarce is a company that arrives when it says it will, shows you the failed part in your hand, gives you a number before it does the work, and leaves the basement cleaner than it found it.
So that is the whole operating model. We stay inside a radius we can genuinely cover in a day. We stock the vans for the failures we see over and over. We measure and write down what we measured. And when a repair is the smarter purchase than a replacement, we say so, even though the replacement is the bigger invoice.
It is not a complicated pitch. It just turns out to be unusual, and it is why most of our work now comes from people who were referred by a neighbor.
