These SMS Terms and Conditions govern your participation in SMS messaging programs operated by Raber HVAC. By opting in to our SMS program, you agree to these terms.

Program Description

Raber HVAC offers SMS messaging to keep you informed about your HVAC service appointments, reminders, and special offers. This is a recurring message program.

Opt-In

You may opt in to our SMS program by:

  • Providing your mobile number on our website contact or booking forms
  • Texting a keyword to our SMS number as advertised
  • Verbally consenting during a phone call with our team

By opting in, you confirm that you are the account holder or have the account holder's permission to enroll the mobile number.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies. You may receive up to 5 messages per month. Message frequency may increase during active service periods.

Costs

Raber HVAC does not charge for SMS messages. However, standard message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply. Contact your carrier for rate details.

Opt-Out

To stop receiving SMS messages, reply STOP to any message. You will receive a one-time confirmation that you have been unsubscribed. After opting out, you will no longer receive SMS messages from this program unless you opt back in.

Supported Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. SMS messaging is available on most major US carriers.

Privacy

Modifications

Raber HVAC reserves the right to modify or discontinue the SMS program at any time. We will notify enrolled users of significant changes.
