Raber HVAC provides HVAC, heating, and cooling services to residential and commercial customers in Independence, Ohio and surrounding areas. All services are subject to availability and scheduling.

Service Appointments

  • Appointments are subject to technician availability.
  • Same-day service is available when you call before 2 PM, subject to availability.
  • We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to emergencies or unforeseen circumstances. We will contact you as soon as possible in such cases.
  • Please ensure a responsible adult (18+) is present during service appointments.

Estimates and Pricing

  • All estimates are provided in good faith based on available information.
  • Final pricing may vary if additional issues are discovered during service.
  • You will be informed of any additional costs before work proceeds.
  • Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed.

Warranties

We stand behind our workmanship. Labor warranties vary by service type. Equipment warranties are provided by the manufacturer and subject to their terms. Contact us for specific warranty information on your service.

Limitation of Liability

Raber HVAC's liability is limited to the cost of the service performed. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions discovered during service.

Customer Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate information about the issue or system.
  • Ensure safe and reasonable access to work areas.
  • Secure pets and ensure a safe working environment.
  • Pay for services rendered in a timely manner.

Cancellation Policy

Please provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Repeated last-minute cancellations may result in a cancellation fee.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Cuyahoga County, Ohio.
